I have an 86'El that is in fairly good shape but has the 4.3 litre v-6 in it .I am at the present time building a .030" over 350 4bolt main motor for it.......the body is in great shape other than the lower door skin problems that plague most El's...anybody know were to find good doors at a fair price?? 80hellcamino 02-08-2006, 07:44 PM hello, i have the same problem with my Camino, my passenger side door skin has rusted out big time, but sorry to tell you this, i went to a body shop to order in a new one so i didnt have that nasty cancer all over my car, the shop owner called it in, and no one makes door skins for them, i think after market parts companies stop at like, 1972 el caminos, dont quoat me on that though, so i am forced to just fix it all unless someone comes along with a door skin that fits, sorry that doesnt help you any, but at least now your not on a chase for somthing you wont find dabirdguy 02-08-2006, 09:11 PM I have a rust free passenger door with a minor ding.
