12A - Built in Dec 1977, the 1st week
05 0550 - Plant processing ident numbers, wht they used for referene in the assembly plant. Of no use now.

Isn't there a better way to require that everyone post thier location?

Anybody that tries to post without the field being populated would be routed to their profile until they fill it in.
