hello , as the title says im new here , i got a 68 el camino , 327 325hp L79 4spd buckets , console , am/fm radio , tach 6500 redline , gauges , speed warning , front bumper gaurds , front disk brakes , 12 bolt posi with 4:10's(orig 3:55) , W41 susp , HD cooling(4 core rad) , black malibu interior , paint according the the VIN is -- which is a custom order paint job , closest color i can see being orig paint is some kinda silver , with a green hue to it ???
i currently have a 360ci 400hp motor in it , and after 6 muncies , and 3 ST-10's , i currently have a cst iron saginaw 4 spd(was in a bind for a trans)
with the exception of the current motor @ trans and the exhast , SS hood , all options are orig as far as i can tell im the 3rd owner , and have had the car since 1987 i got the orig muncie shifter(YUK) , i have the orig block and crank , the rest of the motor was junk
ive seen only 2 other elco's around since the time ive had mine , and 1 was a original owner butternut yellow bucket like mine the other had a bench
so how many are left out there ????????????
