I have the seat tracks off the bottom of my bench seat. The rollers are real gummed up and i was wondering if anyone has ever taken apart and cleaned these up. I see a couple dimples in the top part that bolts to the bottom of the seat. Wonder if these keep the 2 parts together? Mike

use brake cleaner on balls with tracks still on seats. move tracks front to rear until free moving. regrease with white lithum grease.
