I dreaded doing this, but wasn't a bad job at all. Passenger side took about 2 hours to figure everything out - driver's side was about 30 minutes. If you're putting off doing this, go ahead and dive into it. Let me know if you need any tips and tricks and I'll try to help out.

I replaced them on my 78 when I did my roof & door seals. They were the easiest part to change.
