Help, I have put new brakes, power boost and master cylinder on my 80 elky and bled them all around 2 times, and the pedal still goes to the floor. Zero brakes. What am i doing wrong? Please advise.

You need to bench bleed the master before installing it. I'm not sure of the procedure though.

Did you swap out the 305 with a 350 and possibly a larger cam? Sometimes when running large cams you'll loose the vacuum that you need to operate the vaccum controlled devises such as the brakes and AC accessories, modulator valve.

People like Comp warn of this in ther guides.

Just a thought.

Did you replace all your soft lines as well? I've seen them cause problems in the past...just a thought

He didn't bench bleed the new master cylinder before he installed it. If you don't bench bleed it you'll never get all of the air out of the brake system.
