The V6 one should work as long as you get the V8 fan and shroud and still have the air dam under your core support. If your going for a new one, the aluminum ones out of 3rd gen F-body will fit too (around $120-$130 new).

hey thanks, i talked to a guy today where i'm gettin the engine from, and he said he'd sell the radiator from the 350 to me for 50 bucks, i'll prob. talk him down to 25 when i buy the engine, i just need to know if it would be best to goahead and purchase it, especially if i plan on pumping more power out of my engine down the road. and would a truck radiator and shroud fit in my camino?
- again thanks for the help, i really need to know as soon as possible so anyone with an idea, please comment, i plan on going to the junk yard tomarrow (tuesday) to look at the 350 and hopefully buy it, i would tell yall the awsome deal i'm gunna get but i'm afraid someone will try to beet me to it! :-D

Hello: A 3 or 4 core radiator will work fine. I purchased a 4 core for my 85 El Camino (with 350) from a radiator outfit on E Bay for $100.00. I have absolutely NO problems with overheating . In Fla right now its HOT and the A/C doesn,t help cooling, so I like the 4 core, I hate engines that overheat, The shroud from a Malibu, Monte Carlo will work, It has "CS" in raised letters right in the center front by a small hole that holds a clamp for the refrigeration line.
good junkin..PS run a shroud if it gets hot where you live
