Hope somone can help. Can't locate anything in my 86 Conquista that indicates RPOs. Nothing in the glovebox, under the carpet, under the bed, etc. No buildsheet. No broadcast sheet. All I have is a VIN which GM has decoded for me already. Does anyone know if it is possible to "backtrace" RPOs with only a VIN as a starting point? Looked through SEARCH and couldn't find anything like my problem. Hope to hear from some experts. Thanks.

Guys,
I'm also active on the Corvette forum. This is a cut and paste from a tread there about this. Basicly, you provide them with your VIN and they will send you a copy of the original dealer invoice. I have one for both my '79 vette and '85 elky.
The General Motors Dealer Invoice service is now being coordinated and managed by Allied Vaughn, a tier one supplier of GM. As of March 1, 2005, the cost for this service is $50 per invoice.
Contact: gmma.research.com to request an order form.
Invoices are available for the following model years:
Chevrolets since 1977
Pontiacs since 1987
Buicks since 1982
Cadillac since 1980
Oldsmobiles since 1977
GMC since 1976
Fleet and exported vehicles excluded.

That's good info.
I can't find that gmma.research.com though. Even Google looks at me like I'm stupid. Do you have a better address?

Hey Guys,
Sorry this isn't working. The email address isn’t working for me either but here is a phone number to try.
Allied Vaughn
Phone-(419)887-6856
Fax-(419)887-6851
If this doesn’t work the original contact was:
peggy.vezina@gm.com
I don't think Peggy is still involved but imagine that she could provide direction.

Here's some updated info I just obtained from GM - Detroit. I called Peggy and she told me she is no longer directly involved in the GM Dealer Invoice Service but she will provide me with the name of the person who is. In the meantime, you can contact support@gmmediaarchive.com for your from. It is called a "Request for Vehicle Invoice" form. The fee is indeed $50. This service is now located in Livonia (suburban Detroit). The address is:
Allied Vaughn
11923 Brookfield
Livonia, MI 48150
Attn: Vehicle Invoice
Phone: 734-421-0273 ext. 107
Fax: 734-261-5216
Peggy sent me the form, attached to an email, and if I knew how to put it on this site for everyone I would do it. Can anyone tell me how?

Forward the e-mail to me. Click my e-mail link at the bottom of this post. I will put it into a new thread and make a sticky for it so it will be seen at the top of the RPO Forum.
