19U = Lower Paint; Black
63M = ?
L = Lacquer Paint

A51 = Bucket Seat
13 0664 = Processing number


I dont see reference to a 63M though anywhere.

where did you find the cowl tag info on the site? I purchased a 79 a few days ago without a tranny and am trying to get as much info as possible to put it back on the street. It was salvaged and must pass CA MVD inspections to get a title-wish me luck!
