I've been to the Oyster Bay cruise in several times now. It's great! It's on Tues. nights from 6PM, they close off the whole of Main Street and we all park at an angle and hang. Billy Joel lives don the road and comes quite often. They have street singers and food vendors (lots of clams and oysters) and such and all the local restaurants fill with car people. Cost is $3.00 per car.
