Where would the trim and or option codes be located on a 85 el camino??

Theres a metal tag under the hood on the cowl panel that has all your option codes on it.

Look for the RPO sticker in side the glove box. We've found a couple good internet resources to help decoding...RPO Codes (http://polariswebdesign.com/GMRPOCodes.pdf)

Unfortunatly,GM didn't start that across the line untill '86. They started putting the stickers in the truck line that year,but the car line didn't start getting them till midyear. More often then not for '85,you'll have the old style metal trim tag.

On my 85 it was in the glove box!
