Just wanted to say hello to all in Central Florida area. Do you guys meet anywhere other than Old Town once a year?
Also wanted ask about any good performance shops in the Orlando area that could dyno my Camino and get it running better. I just installed a new engine, transmission and dual exhaust and it doesn't seem to run as good as it should. Thanks alot!

Welcome,good lookin' camino.We have talked about a monthly??gathering before-Perhaps we can get a few guys together. Any suggestions? I was thinking Steak&Shake @ Seminole Town Centre Mall-They have a cruise in there once a month I believe.Kind of centrally located.

A few of us met semi periodically, but it's been too hot and rainy last couple months... maybe by October, we could start up again...
welcome to Elky family... As far as performance shops go... there are many, try to find one close to your house. I've heard good things about "Harrison Automotive" (east side) they build/supply alot of race stuff... kinda $$$$

Thanks guys for the replies. I sure know about the heat because summer is when the RC flying comes to a halt in Florida.
It's great to see a few El Caminos still around in the area. I've owned mine since 87 and can't seem to let go of it. So I thought I owed it to whip it back in shape. Next is a repaint and then on to the interior.
I'll keep in touch and hope to meet you guys soon! In the meantime I'm going to have alot of questions and hope to share my experiences.
