I'm experiencing problems with the passenger side window. It won't go all the way into the seal, thus making for a lot of wind noise in the cabin.

The only way I've been able to get the window to go all the way in, is by trying to pull back on the window as I put it up (which makes for sore fingers after a while :D ).

How do I go about fixing it so that the window will lose the play and form a good seal when rolled up? Thanks in advance!

Look down into the door and look at the front of the glass. There is a cone shaped guide there. Is it still on the glass if so is it worn and is it in the track still.

There is also a piece at the rear of the glass that has a loop that a pin goes into. The plastic piece is usually broken. This piece will let the glass move in and out at the top when the glass is all the way up.

Any idea where these pieces can be bought? I am having the same problem with my 85 brand new door seals installed and still the window does not seal all the way.

If you can't find them I have most of those parts in stock. Just not on the site.

On the glass seal mine doesn't either. The A pillar on mine has a slight bend from dying body mounts over the years. I used some adheisive foam to get it spaced evenly. Just behind the lip to space it out.
