Here is the projected map for Rita.
By 2:00am Sunday it will be near Dallas.
Smells like rain for the car show. HMMMM.

Unfortunately you may be correct it does not look good for us on Saturday. It appears that Rita is determined to rain on our parade. But for those that don't discourage easily the rain date is 1 October. I have checked the Texas Classic web site and they have not yet rescheduled but I expect they will post something soon. Right now they are predicting a 40% thunder storms for the Austin area on Saturday. Will keep you posted. Harald K

From one of the guys running the show.
We will make a final decision Friday morning about the show. Hurricanes can change direction rapidly and although it looks bad right now that could change in 48 hours. We will post updates to the website if there are any and if we decide to cancel the show we will call all the show car entrants Friday afternoon. Thanks for your patience.
I planned on leaving Friday morning. I would think they could decide earlier.

Have a nice weekend.

Like you said now we have more time to do more cleaning. It look like there will be plenty of time for that this weekend. We are expecting quite a bit rain and wind from the storm. Lets hope everyone will stay safe and we can get together on the 1st. Harald
