I currently own a 79 El Camino that was my gradfathers that was my fathersw that is now mine. I belive i to be a rare car because it has bucket seats floor shifting turbo350 tranny and gauge cluster with a tach and clock plz tell me if i am right and it is rare.

If possible ask your elders if it was stock like that, even so If it is "rare" the only Elky's getting anything near good money are ~70' LS6's with matched #'s.

OK, you're right and it's rare.

But that alone doesn't make it so. Bucket seats, a tachometer, and a TH350 don't necessarily make it a rare El Camino. Those were all options that anyone could order. If it had a manual 4 speed it would be rarer.
