After a few months preparing, i have decided that i really don't want to do body work...(and don't want to mess my house up with dust by trying to do it in my garage)
So I'll pass this one along to someone else and i'll take the money and buy another one with decent body and paint and concentrate on the stuff that i Know i can do.
