Steve, I'm pretty sure Mark is talking about the Webster, MA. car show up here in New England. Sorry for any confusion.

Hey Mark, I know it is kinda a last minute thing with me and this car show, but I'm going to try and make it. I'll shoot you and Laurie off an email today.

Today was a great day for a car show. The weather was perfect for New England. There were a total of five El Camino's in the "El Camino/Ranchero" class. No Ranchero's showed up. While I was the only NECOA member in the Elco class, I've met some of the others at previous shows. They seem like good people.

ProStreetGarry, who is a region 2 member, showed up with his awesome Pro street Camero. He took 1st place in his class.

I took 3rd place in the El Camino class.

I suppose there could have been more show cars attending, but I think a lot of people might be paying attention to the Boston Red Sox and the Patriots.......

Congratulations [again] Jay. Pretty soon you'll need to add floorspace for all these awards and trophies.

Yes it was a beautiful day, even down here in RI. How many cars were entered there all together at Webster? Maybe I'll get to go next year.

Hi Mike and thanks for the props. It was kinda a small show. I think because of the Red Sox and Patriots, it kept the count down. I would say, maybe 150 - 175 cars??? What do you think Garry? Does that sound right? Kinda high?

It is usually a laid back show and it is all on a paved lot. They do have a dedicated El Camino class, so that is always good. I think they left almost 9 spots for El Camino' s and Ranchero's.

For the 2003 show, we had many members of Region 2 attend this Webster show. And that was pretty great.

It seems there is usually one or two shows a year that we turn out in numbers. This year was the RI show and the NH East Coast Camero show.

I'll post it for next year when I hear about the dates.
