I recently bought a 83 El Camino "Designer Series" (Choo Choo) press release. The description said it was available with a "Designer Series Air Foil". There were these pictures also.

I've never seen an El Camino with a roof spoiler before. Has anyone else ever seen this on an Elky?

No, I have never seen this before and I don't understand what the purpose would be, other than looks, and I don't care for the looks of it either.

Im glade my 83 choo choo never came with one of those ricer looking wings.and where did you ever come across the press release. id sure like to find one.

None on Elkys but shortly after those were made, someone turned one of the things upside down and mounted it on the Blazers and Burbs to keep the back window clean. :D DIDN'T they?
I've seen a picture on Custom Classic's Web of an Elky with one of those Sun Visors on the front, does that count? Its ugly too!

Having seen it in a photo, I know now why I haven't seen any on actual cars. Yuck!!
