Anyone have a tip or trick to remove burnt plastic from Chrome exhaust tips?

Try using a razor blade.

You might also try hitting it with a heatgun to make it seperate easier.

Use some BARRYMAN B12 Chemtool. It will clean up the grease and help remove the plastic... it eats plastic. How well it works depends on how much plastic is melted on there. Once you get it off, get some Neverdull and just polish it out. When useing the chemtool, make sure you use some chemical gloves, that stuff will burn your hands. :cool:
