Ok, I have the stock 305ci with a :-( 4 barrel carburator. Without going taking the expensive route and converting it over to TBI or TPI, how can I improve my gas mileage? Keep in mind, I'm a 16 year old boy with a crappy job, so money is short. I'm just looking for easy tricks, thanks.

Without investing money, there's really not a whole lot you can do other than making sure that the 305 is tuned-up as best as possible. One thing you didn't state is what type of transmission you have. If you have a 3 speed auto, you could convert to a 4 speed auto. If you do the work yourself that will save you money and if you get the trans out of a boneyard donor car it should be relatively cheap, but keep in mine, it's not called a junk-yard for nothing.
