: An Introductory HELLO
el Bandido 10-23-2005, 07:50 AM HELLO,
I was so happy to find this site -- as I was Gooogling around yesterday.
I can't tell you how important it is (to me anyway) to be "in touch" with other people who think as I do. --- I am not alone out here among hoards of people who say "why an el Camino?"
And to Find that there is a REGION 2 --- WOW>>>>> I'm HOME
Anyway all you other Cowboy Cadillac owners out there - my name is Tom, I live in Plympton (near Plymouth), Ma 02367 and I am one of those old guys with a toy which is my pride and joy.
I have enabled all contact info to be available to y'all and I am looking forward to hearing from you and MEETING you
Sincerely,
el Bandido
a73elkyss 10-23-2005, 08:06 AM Welcome to ECC/NECOA Tom. You've found the best place on the 'net for all things El Camino.
I'm in the process of adding your name and email address to our New England distribution list. While the '05 car show season is pretty much "put to bed" for the winter, I'll be continue to keep everyone informed via email of next years shows and other activities.
Please feel free to email me at jlevitan@holycross.edu regarding anything about this site, or activities that you would like us to attend.
Also feel free to upload some pictures of your ride. We all love to see everyone's elco's.

mnunn 10-29-2005, 11:05 AM Welcome, Welcome, and Welcome from Rhode Island. I was in Plymouth just a couple of months ago with my wife's Model A club.
Jay's "THE" man. He's been very helpful, and he's a great host and regional coordinator. He was instrumental in helping the "computer klutz" behind this keyboard learn to set up and start navigating the NECC website.
Looking forward to chatting and meeting you too. :-D

mnunn 12-07-2005, 05:50 PM Hi Tom. You still able to peek out from under the snow earlier this week?
Not much going on here on the Elky (Hy Burrrrr Nating). How about you?
Mike
Pro Street Garry 12-09-2005, 09:38 AM You guys ejoying all the snow today?? http://www.scaldinghot.com/Boardpics/eyes.gif
a73elkyss 12-09-2005, 10:00 AM Kinda liking the snow so far. I came into work early, so the traffic was minimal. The ride home should be fun. My daily driver is an old school Nissan 4X4 Kingcab. It actually does pretty good in the deep snow.
So for me, I'm "loving it"..... bring on another 10 inches :)

Jay Shoe on over with that old school Nissan 4X4 Kingcab and check out the Elky :P
John Harris 12-10-2005, 07:56 AM Help! I can't find my white El Camino under the 16 inches of white stuff that we got yesterday. I guess this means no moving it until the "January thaw", if we get one this year.
Glad to see another new member from MA. Welcome, bandito.

Damn, can't do it today (Saturday), as I've been "called in" to watch the baby while the 1st and 2nd string mom's are off doing stuff. So, I'm kinda "it" for today. 8)
But how about tomorrow (Sunday)? Maybe Dian and I can cruise down to check it out?
