I started this thread and it grew like a weed onto the Discovery Channel's web site as well as other car sites.

It sucks and it is just plain frigon wrong to do that to a classic Elky that has survived this long.

The show is taped and the Elky has already been butchered. Nothing more can be done for that one. Voice your displeasure to the Discovery Channel.

Damn it, you know your "hobby" is going mainstream when the ignorant just destroy it for someone else's "entertainment".

I for one would prefer to be a member of a group of people who just love El Camino's and screw the rest of the world.
