I ordered some parts from the local Advance Auto in Greenville this week and just wanted to parise the North Pleasantburg store.

I tried a K&N air filter from the store that was just a tad small so David A. ordered one for two day store pickup. I went in to get the filter Friday and FedEx/UPS hadn't showed yet so I went off on other errands.

I forgot to go back by later and at 5:00p.m. David A. called me and explained that he had seen me come in but was with another customer. He had checked to see if the filter has arrived and it didn't so he started check into the problem and found that he had made a mistake in the order process and the filter would be delayed until Monday.

Even though there was a problem with the order I was pleased. That's good service and I have a great relationship with a local supplier. They'll get more of my business for sure.

8) They opened one here but put it in one of the worst parts of town! There is a Motel across the street where all the out of town drug dealers stay and sell in the parking lot! Druggies rob you in the parts store lot then go across the street and buy drugs! So I use Napa, CarQuest or Federated. Once in a while Autozone.

It's not just the store name it the people that drive it. Find someone who is helpful and stick with them.
