Here's a cheap (currently $580 with no reserve) '84 Choo Choo on ebay. Although it's hard to tell the exact condition due to the one pic. and small description,it might be worth checking out.

I think the seller is new to E-bay. Reading down under his "terms of sale", he lists "10,000.00 PLUS SHIPPING, TWENTY DAYS TO CLOSE". Not sure, but I don't think he realizes the "reserve" concept.

I have sent the person a message asking for more info and asking him about his price. I am thinking that he meant to put a "$10,000" reserve on it.

Lets see, the price is $580 right now. I'd give him that much for it.....

I saw that also but thought it was a typo. He's got 17 bids on it,but hasn't ended the auction. As far as I know,you put something up on ebay,you enter into a contract to sell it for what it goes off at. It'd be interesting to see what he email back to you!

Your 100% correct on the "contract" part of E-bay. But I looked, this person just joined E-Bay on Sept. 7th and has never purchased or sold anything. I think someone should have helped him out on posting his El Camino for sale.

Depending on how close he is, I might just go up and check it out. That picture he posted is not to clear on all the details a purchaser would want to see.
