I just got a MSD 6a ignition box but have not installed it. Has any one done it here latley? And is it a pain or pretty easy? How long does it usualy take?

Follow the instructions. You have a couple of options; choose to eliminate the ignition module and use the magnetic trigger to operate the box.

Also MSD has a pretty good forum at this location (http://msdignition.com/forums/invboard1_1_2/upload/). I have gotten some good input from there.[/url]

Installed the box and have nothing. Put new plugs in and cap and rotor. Any body have any imput. I checked every thing over to make sure had good grounds and conections. Could the coil be too weak?

I saw your post on the MSD site. Any luck it getting it running?

Fixed it! It was the pickup coil wires inside the dis. Grounding to the side of the dis. Replaced the coil as well. Runs good! Nice fire!
