For all of you who have been dieing to put our towels through the wringer... here is your opportunity! We've made arrangements with the manufacturer of these great hand wringers to bring these to you at a special savings of nearly $50. Why do you need a hand wringer? Use it just once and you'll see why! These wringers remove up to twice as much water as the best washing machine spin dry. If you're using towels to wash or dry your car you need this wringer, just pass one through and it's ready to continue it's work. Works great on synthetic and natural chamois as well as sponges. If you use a PVA towel to dry your car then you really need this!

Absolutely correct and you sure are dating yourself! Actually I think a "mangle" or "mangler" was used for pressing or wringing large items such as sheets and the "wringer" was usually for smaller items and attached to a tub or wash machine. And believe it or not, the old fashined type of wash machine with a hand wringer is still manufactured and sold by Speed Queen. They have electric as well as gasoline powered models! And they are EXPENSIVE!

What are your suggestions for attaching the wringer to?

Just a bucket?

Bucket yes but also you can attach it to the edge of a table or work bench and place a bucket on the floor. You can also attach it vertically to a table leg sop that the handle is above the table. There is also a stand available for it.
