You might want to reference the power valves to the vacuum a roots blower would pull or set it up for blow through depending on which kind of blower you're thinking of, but yes, it will work, if it's big enough.

In either case --either pull through or blow through---I think the 4 barrel Holley Throttle body fuel injector would be better than a carb----however you are going to need an engine management system that can add fuel and take out timing under boost to keep the engine out of detonation..................Dan

The Holley TBI unit will work well with a blower. I knew a guy who had 2 4-bbl units on a 671 smallblock Chevy.
