Typhoons are fun, but don't forget the Camino!!

I've been working on a drag car myself. It was a 4 door Malibu, but it turned into a Monte Sport Coupe recently 8-)

I will never forget the camino... that is my # 1 Pride and Joy. The Typhoon Is my fun to drive daily driver! Good Luck with that drag car, I had my dragster finished a few months ago. I ran it Florida and went 7.26 @ 185mph! I was pretty happy with that... that's my other reason for being busy, the darn racecar... ! here's a pic with the fresh paint.

I've always wanted a Typhoone/Syclone. Preferabaly the Typhoone. Hopefully someday. I've heard insurance is on the high, is that true?

Yeah that is true. I was shocked that the insurance was so high. I figured it was a 13 year old "Jimmy" and the insurance would be cheap.... but apparently the insurance companies know what a Typhoon is!

When i bought the Ty it was bone stock, but if you have ever seen my Camino you'd realize real quickly that I can't leave things alone! I am building a motor for it right now i should have it ready to drop in this week. It's a .030 motor, SRP pistons, eagle rods, crane cam, crane rockers, ported/polished heads etc. I am also installing a PTE 60 turbo with a 3" downpipe, high flow cat, a 3" stainless exhaust, and an aftermarket air/air intercooler. To get the turbo up on boost for luanches I have a 3000 stall torque converter. The combination should put it into the low 12's or 11's on race gas. Should be fun for a Daily driver! Other than that it is lowered 3" all the way around and has clear corner/marker lights. The interior is mint and I am leaving that stock. -Matt

You know when we are little, one of the first things we're taught by our parents is to share our toys with our friends...you have to many toys to play with at one time and need to share them! Can I be your friend?

The toys i have are a benefit of having a good job, being young and still living home. I earned them and I don't like to share!! haha, My friends want to borrow my toys enough as it is. :)
