NECOA recently began an affiliation with the El Camino Club of Bakersfield CA, which is headed up by Richard Lopez. He is now one of our Regional Directors in CA, primarily focusing on the San Joaquin Valley area. I don't know how far that is from you, but you should check in with Richard anyway.
