The brace looks nice and should perform better than stock. For $186 with shipping and handling who could go wrong for better steering responce. But get it quick before the price jumps up.

http://www.scandc.com/chassisbraces.htm This is a nice piece to help triangulate and strengthen the front end...I got the bar off a 78 Grand Prix that connects to the same bolt locations on the frame as the jounce bars. The bar cost me $5 plus tax and $20 to have it blasted and powder coated. Granted it's not as nice or strong as this piece, but it does help and it was a heck of a lot cheaper. I'm not a big fan of theirs but www.kirbanperformance.com also makes jounce bars and the cross bar that when combined are a bit stronger than the OEM jounce bars alone, and still reasonably priced, it's listed for the Buick GN but will fit 5th gen Elkys, part numbers are #6756 and #6564.

Your right it may be a bit better in price in kirben performance. But I would like to add. We're in a major hobby that you get what you pay for. If you go cheap you will not get the best out there. Now I do know there are some parts you may find cheaper but That will depends on the place of business you are purchasing the part. Kirben does have some good products, But they sell gm parts. Savitske Classic are good guys. They will take there time with you with no presure of trying to force something on you. Ask for Mark there.
