Hey all, I have purchased the Chevelle and El camino hand book by Chevy High performance, and on section about brake options
it said that second-generation camaro spindles and brake will interchange with the chevelle's.
So I went to a local u-pull-it and pulled a 74 camaro F-body front disk brake.
Now I'm looking at the book again, and it said that I need the Global West upper A arm.
do I really need that part?
Can I use the upper A-arm from the 74 camaro I pulled the brakes from?

Ok so I was looking around on the internet and I found some adustable upper control arm. Will they work with the taller spindle?
I assume that the Global West upper control arms are manf. to accomadate for the camber.
My question again is my car is already lowered. how much, I dont know. I bought the elco already lowered. So would I still need to replace the stock upper control arm?

Try reading here (http://www.onrails.us/suspension.htm) for details on the 2nd gen Camaro spindles.
