I found a company here in Connecticut is now offering full replacement door skins for 5th gens!! $159.00 I imagine others are now also.
It is Auto Body Specialties in Middlefield. (do a Google search for their site as i forgot to write their number down)
I've purchased lots of body panels over the years and have been satisfied with their stuff. I always picked the parts up myself so I'm not sure how they are with shipping, but I'm sure they'd be comperable to most restoration companies.
Just wanted to pass this along.

Call me skeptical but I'll believe it when I see it. I'll bet they are waiting for Goodmark to produce it so they can sell it, just like all of the other aftermarket parts sellers.

Have you actually contacted them? The part number is CH-753. I'm skeptical too. Strange how they list only 1 part number for both doorskins. I'll call them first thing Monday and see what they say, but I can guess what their answer will be. Their ph# is 1-888-277-1960 in case anyone else would like to call.

Sorry about not posting the link or phone number!! Thanks for taking care of that for me. No.......I did not contact them yet but I will be as I could use a right side skin. Hopefully they have them.

I finally called them about the availability and they aren't in stock. Just like you said, But they report they are scheduled to be in stock in 2 months. I'll report back if I find they are in stock.

Yeah, thats what Goodmark said two years ago. I've just sent an e-mail to my contact at Goodmark. Let's see what the source has to say.

Let's see what the source has to say.Probably the same thing they've been saying..."Currently the tooling is behind schedule, but production should begin (add 6 months to todays date). We're sorry for the delay." I'm thinking of contracting with the Chinese to see if I can get a factory full of 9 year olds to make them by hand, and then ship them over on a slow boat from China...I'd probably be more successful. Obviously the guy at Goodmark whose in charge of this particular project should seek a new line of work...he's failing miserably at this one! I've been waiting for a drivers side skin for a mint inner shell to match a perfect passenger side door for over 3 years now...and I'm still waiting.

Here is a link to the original thread about the Goodmark reproduction doors and door skins for the 5th generations which was started over two years ago. I've updated it with the e-mail response I got from Goodmark today.
