I'm not sure if there is a way to adjust this problem. But when I put on either of them it just blows air onto the wndshield from the top two vents on the dash. And doesn't come out of anywhere else. If anyone could help me, please post. Thanks 8-)

Does the heater/defrost switch feel like it moves easier than it used too? Sounds like either the cable that diverts the airflow came off or broke.

Yeah it does seem that way. I need to find a good site or shop that has a lot of replacements parts. Any ideas? Thanks again. :-P

Most of the major parts suppliers for Elky parts are listed on ECC's links page.

The vent and defroster doors are in the "relaxed" position, you need to trace the vacuum lines coming from the right side engine compartment through the firewall and look for a leak or pinched line. Otherwise you have a bad vacuum port switch on the ac/heat control panel. Search is our friend, plenty of posts on the board concerning this issue.
Thanks
