From Malibu Racing, here are the particulars I received from Jeff:

"I used 3 3/8 and 2 1/6 gauges in the pictures. It mounts just like the stock bezel. It takes about 10 days by reg. mail. I accept cashiers cheque or postal money order made out to Ez Control Performance. They are $99 + $25 S&H. The squared panels are ready to go. The address is:
