How many of you are local to Indy? Who wants to meet up , swap ideas, suggestions and parts. WHATEVER. I am usually pretty self contained but this non event crap has got to stop, Blow the cob webs out your tailpipe and do something DAMMIT. Let's get our own elky swap meet going on I know I can get more members here , give me a reason to. Would you rather type to a namr,.... or a face you met. Who's where and when can you get free time?

I tracked down the owner of a 78 White Upper/Blue lower Elky SS I have seen running around here , and gave him a flyer. He seemed interested in joining the meet. Real nice guy,... was interested in checking out the site. Said he has been looking for parts for it , so I hope he finds what he needs here...

Hi, I live in South Bend, and would'nt mind driving to Indy, also i was not aware of the Swap meet in town here but that would be a great place for us Elky's to meet also. What do you guys say, it's already an event, time place, we just need to show up!

I agree its time elky owners started doing things around here. I see a lot of elkys around here so it would be fun to meet up with some of the local owners.

I am in the Evansville area. There are several Elkys running around this area. My '87 Choo-Choo is in the garage at the present, but with a little luck I will be back to walking and riding in a couple more months.
I would not mind driving to Indy or ???.
The swap meet sounds like a winner to me or even just a BS session at a coffee shop to meet other members and people with our interest.. :D

Hi guys, I live in Grand Haven, Mi and just finished up a four month restoration on my 1970 El Camino. I plan on going over to the Cleveland event in July, and would like to meet up with you guys down in the Indy area.

My calendar is really full because I am very active in our Western Michigan Camaro Club with our two Camaros.

But I would like to pull together something. Seems like there is alot of what ifs, on this site, and then the posts die off.

Did anything happen on a get together? I'm about 80 miles south of Indy and would like a reason to get the Elky out from underneath the cover :D

I've got a couple ideas for a get together. The first would be the Super Chevy Show at IRP (now ORP, O'Reilly bought it or something). We should meet there, especially since it's such a huge show it would be great to meet others who aren't apart of the NECOA. Also, there's a place by my house which is basically in Indianapolis. It's a hotrod drive-in kinda thing that happens every Wednesday. If anyone's up for it, we could take over the cruise in sometime.
