I noticed the front brake hoses on my 79 were cracked & old so I decided to replace them. I bought a pair of hoses from Advance Autoparts and when I installed them they barely fit in length. They seemed ok, until you jacked up the car & then they stretched tight.

I would like to know if anyone else had this problem?

Were they the same lenght as the original ones?
