stancanman 05-09-2006, 08:57 AM I am wanting to swap a 200 4R in place of my 350 turbo.I am told I can use the same drive shaft,but will have to modify the mount.Also I don't currently have a lock up converter and the 200 does.I own a 79 elky V8 car.Any help would greatly be appreciated!! I've got a 200-4R in my '77. Dad put the tranny in it, but I think all he had to do was drill some new holes in the frame to move the crossmember. As far as getting the lock-up and TV cable to work properly we got our kits from www.bowtieoverdrives.com Getting the TV cable set just right is a little tricky, but I drive it daily... | ||
