That's because 5th gen Elkys have a longer wheelbase than all other G-bodys.

try to find one from a malibu wagon or one of its cousins----I am curious if that is not the same chassis---I'm betting it is.................Dan

In the 5th Gen the El Camino had a unique frame, longer wheelbase than any other G-Bodys including the G-Body station wagons.

Thanks for that info Mrapii, what got me thinking that way was while crawling around under my truck and looking at the pan from underneath I thought it looked similar to a rear seat area under the bed---oh well---we will just have to suffer along with our unique vehicles-----LOL......Dan

8) the wagon, coupe and sedan all have the same wheelbase, 108.1in. :)
