If you want that much performance increase in one swap I'd say bite the bullet and drop the cash on a complete new assembly made for your car.

Moser makes 'em:

Hmmmm...someone must have a wad of money burning a hole in his pocket. Why do you need a 12 bolt...what about a used complete 8.5 10 bolt? Or if you do need a strong rearend what about a 9" Foed? <--- Foed  ...I crack myself up sometimes.

I agree, a 8.5" 10-bolt is your best choice. It is strong enough for anything except the biggest of big blocks and will withstand drag strip starts with sticky tires on engines up to 400hp+ with no problems. Best of all it is reasonably priced; I bought my Posi 3.43 for $500. Ford 9", Moser S60 and 12-bolts will cost you around $2000. In my opinion for the majority of 5th Gen Elky owners who have a street performance vehicle the 8.5" 10-bolt is the best choice.
