Well This is my 1st El Camino, I had a 78 Malibu Gutted Drag Car A few years ago so I'm familer with the vehicals and everything else.
I bought this from a Guy that is DUMB STUPID and shouldn't have owned an El camino
Here's my problems
350 with less than 10 K on the build, I know it's a Goodwrench Block because it has the provision the the dip stick on both sides, Well When he put this in, He used the Manifolds That make it im possible to get a stick on the Driver side, well He Just pinched the end of the Tube off, Well it leaks, but what Dumb guy did is he put a nice sigle 2.5 set up with a flowmaster, I still have my 3in set up with race magnums off my my malibu so I may be switching to el cheapo headers and that set up. also He has the oil pressure gauge all screwed up, The line broke broke in the dash so he mated the 2 ends with masking tape, no wonder why I was reading 5lbs on that gauge. So I'm gonna hook up a new gauge tomorrw, but I think my only option right now for anout a month till I get mre $$ saved to to take the Drivers manifold off, Plug the Drivers side up, Un plug the Pass side and install a Stick there??
I'll load pics up tomorrow along with pics of the malibu but I'm just trying to get a opinian on my options here. So thanks
