Not sure about any good clubs but The Chevelle and Elcamino Club of Oregon is a GREAT club. You are just in luck becouse we are holding our annual show on July 23. In Canby Or. Alot of info on the club can be found in the forums in this region. If you still have more questions the website is www.chevelles.net/oregon If you want to meet us in person and cannot wait for the show we will be holding our monthly meeting at the Seasons Grill in Canby on Sat the 15 at 1pm. We usually have about 30 members in attendance at the meetings. The club has over 200 members from all over, including Canada. Hopefuly you can check out the info I have lead you to and we will meet soon.

Good luck on your upcoming get-together in Region 19!
I would like to stress that local El Camino Clubs anywhere in the country are encouraged to affiliate with NECOA and use El Camino Central as a "host" for posting news of your activities. In this case, Doug Hart kept his leadership role in his local club and simply became our Regional Director without changing the way his group was -- and is -- conducting their business in a very admirable fashion.

Even though our "NECOA Regions" are sometimes very large geographically, we often have active members only in some small specific area. Anyone who wants to start small and locally is welcome to do so, even if you can't handle the entire region. We are very lucky to have such active members and leaders in the Pacific Northwest states and hope every other area of the country becomes as successful as they are.

Thanks for the kind words John. Here in this region I know of at least 4 local person to person clubs that are Chevelle and Elcamino exclusive. Members from all of these has well has clubs in Canada and California will be present at The Chevelle and Elcamino Club of Oregon's 5th annual show July 23 in Canby Or. Hope many of you can make it.

Any good or "great" clubs or even interested people on the east side of the state? Winter's a good time to connect and organize.
