What causes my left turn signal to blink allot slower that the right

The fuse would shut down all turn signals all together. 80 mich bu 08-08-2006, 04:20 AM Checked the bulbs, all working and if I manually move the left hand lever off and on the signal works. when I turn it all the way on it blinks very slowly...I'm thinking it's the flasher relay.... It was the ground plug that goes into back of the bulb retainer. It had started to back out...pulled it out looked at it, seen no corosion and plugged it back in and works like new. No biggie but I thought I would report back anyway..... | ||
