How hard is it to convert a side view mirror that is manual adjustment from the outside To one adjusted from inside? I have the original mirror that was remote and all the parts.

You'll need the interior door panel for the remote to set in. You might need to drill a new hole under in the door under the mirror to run the cables. It shouldn't be very difficult to do, everything pretty much fits into place.

The door panel and the cable are on the car now the new mirror does not have the cable. Will have to switch them to the new mirror.

The mirror internals all come out, the hardest part will be getting the old screws out. I did that type of swap on a 3rd gen Firebird, it was easier than I thought it was. You seem to have the needed parts in order, just need to put the right combo of parts together. 8)
