i like the rims that are on it. i do agree that they could be smaller though. lookat the bright side at least it is not slammed on 13" daytons. 8O

Also, did you notice - dual carbs on a 305? May be just a tad over-carbureted. 8O

One guy in my dorm said I should put 20s on my elky.....*shakes head* it could be worse they could take it and add a big wing and a coffee can exhaust and the little 13" hot wheels type wheels....

Im 41 and i think 16s or 17s look good but any thing bigger looks to much like a ricer i realy like the way my 17 tork thrusts look and handle they still have the 70s look that i grew up with. i sure get lots of good coments and thumbs up from a lot of people even the old car clubs around here like the way they look. so i guess im just another 41 year old ricer,

17's are ok. 18's or larger fogetta bout it.

ok, i first questioned why this car was a "shame"..... the only thing i see that would be shameful would be the rims on it, which actually dont look that bad on the car compared to what ive seen on an el camino. Thats a pretty damn clean car if you ask me! Everything looks good from my view. I could understand not liking the 20's (to each their own) but i dont think they look that bad. I would rather see 17's but hey, its not my car.

As for what sizes look good. I think you could throw a set of 17" Torq II's on just about nething and it will look good........ well maybe not anything but you get my drift.

Man dem wheels is B-I-G...and OOOGLY!!! :lol: Is there a 747 sittin up on blocks sumswheres. 17" is big enough...actually to big for me, 16" looks the best or 15", I paid for the tires, I wanna at least see what I paid for.
