Hey this site is great - I am going to post a picture of the four floor pans I hammered in - thanks for the thoughts on how to go about doing that.

So I got these 3 pt seatbelts for convertible/hardtop buckets from Westco, and the maroon color matches up nice. However, I can not figure out how these are supposed to be installed. The guy at Westco sort of expained it, but was kind of vague and general. The hardware that came with it made perfect sense, but when I rig it up, it seems like the belt is threaded through the buckle wrong.

Is there any chance that the retractor portion is supposed to be mounted over the passenger's shoulder? Or on the floor?

Probably should just call back during the day.

Post a photo of your belt setup.

The belts i got from Wesco i had to turn the buckle part over and rethread the belt to get it un twisted.

No kidding? So should I pop off the plastic cover on the buckle, and rethread the belt..or is there another top secret way to un twist.

Oh yeah, also, It'll be awhile because I have to devlop the film to post a picture, the roll is almost finsihed up though.

he's sending the right belts out
for a return.
