Read the last three paragraphs of this post (http://elcaminocentral.com/ftopict-18434.html) for a source of the bar and ends. He can also tell you if it will fit, and if not, he probably has one that will.

how did your bar work outI'll tell you when the body is back on the frame. I took the body off last weekend to replace some little things ... like everything that bolts to the frame.

3rd Gen F body cars (82-92 Camaros and Firebirds) front (only) sway bars will swap along with end links. Some of them were equipped with a hollow 36mm bar which is the one to look for (lighter but bigger diameter) These can be found at many boneyards. The bushings are bigger and harder to find new but you can check with www.kirbanperformance.com they carry them for a Grand National or if you want to buy a new sway bar check http://www.paddockparts.com/Paddock/assets/html/homepage.asp?URLCheck=1 I paid about $50 bucks for my 36mm bar and that included having it powder coated but no bushings or end links. Your pic looks like an aftermarket bar, the mounting tabs are different as are the end links. You can go and buy an aftermarket bar or you can buy one off a 3rd Gen F body cheaper and use new bushings and end links...the end result would be the same though. Here's a pic of an IROC bar, notice the difference at the ends of the bar from your pic http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220031963191&ssPageName=MERC_VI_ReBay_Pr4_PcY_BID_Stores_IT&refitem=220031963239&itemcount=4&refwidgetloc=active_view_item&usedrule1=CategoryProximity&refwidgettype=cross_promot_widget IMO this guys asking too much and doesn't state the diameter of the bar either.
