I hope some one can help im looking at a set of 15x10x 43/4 offset Pro Star wheels will they fit my 80 El Camino

Not to plug another site, but suggest you got to the "Vendor" forum at www.chevytalk.com. There is a very interesting thread dealing with Weld Pro-Star wheels. BTW, Weld recently went bankrupt. The assets (vs. the company) were purchased by American Racing.

i believe the tire will rub the frame in rear might get away with 7/16 spacer though

4 3/4 would be the backspacing, not the offset. They should not rub the frame, but they'll be sticking out past the wheelwell lip, and unless the car is raised, they're gonna hit the wheelwell lip. About the widest wheel to use would be an 8" with 4 1/2 or 4 3/4 backspacing, unless you want to do some cutting. 10" is to wide

There is a couple of guys on here running 17x9.5 with 5" back spacing with success.
