So, the stock 5th gen El Camino rims were 14x6.

These were also made in a wider version. I believe they are 14x8, but I was wondering if anyone could confirm this, or happened to know what they would have come off of. I have two that will be replacing my rear stock rims, and I'm looking to get new tires for them in the next week or so.

Anyone happen to know how big of a tire I can fit on these and bolt on with no modification?

The same Rally rims were made in 14x7 for the S10 blazers. I've never seen any in 14x8.

I picked up the rims from home this weekend, and they are 14x7.

Now I'm tryig to figure out, how big of a tire can I put on these in the rear without any modification. Mainly I'm looking for something wider for the back. I'm looking to buy some this weekend, and I'll be getting Yokohamas.

Fronts will be 225/70 r14s, and will be going on the stock 14x6s.

Tried searching the forums, but doesn't look like many people ask about a stock size. Tried calling the local Yokohama dealer, and the guy on the phone was pretty useless. He just kept asking me what size tire I wanted, which was what I was calling him to figure out.

Been looking around, and it seems that 275/60 is about the biggest tire that will fit. Any opinions?

I've got 275/60R15 on 15x8" rims on the rear, but not sure I'd want to put tires that wide on 7" rims. On my '84 I had to roll the inner fender lip to make that size tire fit.
