What size speakers fit best with the last generation elky? are they 3" or 3.5" speakers? are certain brands easier to install then others?

I used a set of 3.5"s with a modest magnet size (pioneer). If you get some with a large magnet, you need to take the dash out to get them in. They will hit the angle of the windshield and not fit in place. Not too many options for speakers in an EC unfortunatly. You could always find a set of Concert Sound II lower door panels from a 87 Regal if you are lucky...and just ditch the dash speakers. I seen a set on e-bay for $100. :cool:
