whats the difficulty level of swapping out upper and lower control arm bushings on the rear of el camino. Also Im still deciding on what sort of rear shocks to get. I have air bags finally now im looking for the right set of rear shocks. I saw the pole thread. I have to agree its not a personal preference its a price preference. I like bilsteins but i hear some good and bad with the kyb..any final thoughts?

It's not to bad if you have a hydraulic press. Otherwise a machine shop can do it for some$$$
I used the Edelbrok IAS Shocks, and cant say enough good about them. My opinion... well worth the money! :D

The KYB's are no good if you are running any stiffer than stock spring rate. My opinion, not enough dampening power. Plus they look too skiny. I had some on my stock suspension and they worked good. Put an Eibach pro kit on ,and it bounced like a basketball. Thats why I went with the IAS Shocks.
Plus the Edelbrocks are U.S.A Made!!!

It was pretty easy for the front arms on my '84. Did it about a year and a half ago with a friend who has a lift in his garage. All you need is a big hammer, a vice, and take your time so you don't damage anything.
